LOS ANGELES CITY PROPOSITION HHH
Proposition HHH would authorize the city to issue general obligation bonds in the amount of $1.2 billion to develop housing and facilities for the homeless and affordable housing for the those at risk of homelessness, including temporary shelters, showers, storage facilities and facilities to be used to provide supportive services.

FAMILY HOME PROTECTION AND FAIRNESS IN PROPERTY TAX INITIATIVE
Strengthens and Expands Prop 13: The initiative strengthens and expands Prop 13 tax savings so that seniors, people with severe disabilities and victims of natural disaster/wildfire can transfer their existing property tax base to replacement homes anywhere in California up to three times, regardless of the purchase price of the replacement home.

PARKS AND REC PARCEL TAX
A countywide parcel tax proposed in Los Angeles County would cost property owners $0.03 to $0.05 per square foot of structural improvements, generating more than $191 million per year. The tax would be in effect for 35 years, and the rate would be increased annually for inflation.

MEASURE H
Approval of Measure H would authorize the County of Los Angeles to impose a one-quarter percent (0.25%) special transactions and use tax on the gross receipts of any retailer from the sale of all personal property in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the County.
