**OPPOSE** Proposition 15 -  Split Roll Measure – Increase Commercial Property Tax

This will increase property tax on commercial units by 12.5 billion and increase cost for small businesses. Revenue 70% to general fund, 30% remaining for education.

"Amid an unprecedented economic crisis, special interests are pushing Prop 15 on the November 2020 statewide ballot that will destroy Prop 13’s property tax protections and will be the largest property tax increase in California history.
